Mentoring has been widely recognized as one of the key factors contributing to career advancement and success. Having realized the impact effective mentoring can have on girls, especially with respect to exciting their interest in STEM fields, the STEM Damsel Mentorship Clinic is, therefore our Woman to Woman (One-on-One, Group, and distance) mentoring program which will be a hybrid, and school-based.
